About the Founder
Evolvere Advisory was founded by R. Kat Morse, an advisor and fractional executive with over fifteen years of international experience. She has successfully built and exited startups, designed accelerators and R&D labs within global industries, and advised leadership teams across aviation, luxury, beauty, outdoor tech, FMCG, and health.
She is also a TEDx speaker, Guest Lecturer at Harvard Law School, and a Dame Chevalier du Champagne. Recognized globally for her ability to bridge vision with execution, Kat brings both strategic foresight and operational discipline to every engagement.
